Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine Clinics

The Schad Mental Health Focus is dedicated to treating patients suffering from chronic mental illness.*
*Chronic mental illness is a term used to describe a mental disorder based on a diagnosis by a licensed/regulated mental health professional (e.g. psychiatrist or psychologist), which shows that a person has serious problems (usually of long duration) in the areas of work, family and relationships and also has frequent variations in their thinking or mood.

Dr. Jonathan Prousky, ND, who has worked extensively with those suffering from mental health conditions, supervises our senior clinical interns. With an emphasis on clinical nutrition – as well as utilizing other naturopathic treatments such as botanical medicine and lifestyle modifications – the Schad team will provide individualized care that supports your mental and physical well-being.
